1 stick unsalted butter
1 large pinch of salt
3 cups of quick cook oats
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
1/3 cup of honey
Cube butter and melt on medium low heat in sauce pan.
Add the brown sugar and cook until the sugar is melted into the butter. Add the honey. Add a large pinch of salt.
Keep on medium low heat for about 1 minute until all ingredients are incorporated.
Add the raisins and stir. Add the oats 1 cup at a time until fully incorporated.
Line a small rectangular cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
Even mixture and flatten with the bottom of a measuring cup.
Cook for 15-20 minutes on 325.
Cool for about 10 minutes and cut into bars while the mixture is still fairly soft. Let the bars cool completely before serving. Will make at least 12 bars.
