3/4 cup of All Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Can of beer
Put flour in bowl and mix in salt and pepper.
Add the beer, a bit at a time and mixing the batter to a medium consistency. Batter must not be too thick or too runny.
To make the fish:
Put some flour in a bowl and add a little salt and pepper. Coat the fish lightly in the flour.
Then coat the fish in the batter so the batter sticks and immediately fry in hot oil until the batter is golden and crispy.
